Delivery times
All LB Solutions items are manufactured in our own workshop, so it may take several weeks before your order is ready. We aim to deliver your order to your home within 2 to 4 weeks. We have some items in stock and will ship as soon as possible. For some items we ask you to take a slightly longer delivery time into account because we are also dependent on suppliers and, for example, with custom work, design work will precede production. Please take this into account when purchasing your outdoor shower to avoid unnecessary delays in your own planning.
Delivery service
LB Solutions has its own delivery service and we deliver large packages (when delivered to an address in the Netherlands or Belgium) to your home. We would like to inform you about the conditions.
Smaller packages are sent via PostNL, you will find more information about this below.
Shipping method
LB Solutions uses PostNL to send smaller packages. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will be informed by email. In this email notification you also have the option to adjust the delivery date of your own choice. You will then receive another email with delivery time and track & trace information about the shipment.
PostNL only delivers to the specified address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the nearest collection point, it will not be offered again or delivered to the neighbors (= PostNL policy).
Pick up PostNL package
You can also choose to have your package delivered to one of the more than 3,000 PostNL collection locations in the Netherlands, or one of the almost 1,000 PostNL collection locations in Belgium. Upon presentation of the collection slip and a valid ID, you can collect your package at the collection point of your choice. As soon as the package is at the collection point, you will be informed by email. You can then choose when you will pick up the package.
Shipping costs PostNL
LB Solutions will always make the shipping costs visible separately before checkout. We use PostNL to ship our packages. These rates are made visible in your shopping cart or on the quote when placing an order.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium
For deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium, we are happy to make a tailor-made delivery appointment with you. Inquire about the options and rates with our customer service, send an email to verkoop@lbsolutions.nl, or contact us.
