Warranty period
We design and manufacture all products ourselves in our workshop in Valkenburg, the Netherlands. When you choose LB Solutions, you choose Dutch Design and high quality.
 
At LB Solutions you have a 3-year warranty.
 
We only use high-quality materials in production, everything is manufactured in-house and we work according to the highest quality standards. This means we can guarantee a 100% reliable product and therefore provide a standard 3-year warranty on all products. This warranty applies to the entire outdoor shower, so if, for example, a part unexpectedly breaks, it will be replaced free of charge.
 
If a product does not meet your expectations, we will fully comply with the warranty provisions of the Civil Code. In any case, you must contact us within two weeks of discovering the defect. After your notification, we will investigate whether we can easily repair the defect or whether we must/can replace the product and/or defective parts.

1. Scope
This arrangement applies to all products sold under the name LB Solutions.
 
2. Warranty statement
Our products comply with the state of the art, the applicable standards for drinking water installations, construction and inspection principles. We guarantee that our products are impeccably constructed, produced and delivered and that they function reliably when used correctly and in accordance with our maintenance instructions. If our clients nevertheless have a problem with our products, we will help them quickly and effectively.
 
3. Guarantee
 
3.1 Warranty period
The warranty period is 3 years after purchasing the product. To assert a warranty claim, the invoice - which must clearly show the date of purchase - must be submitted. When used in companies, the warranty period is also 3 years, subject to regular maintenance, at least once a year. The warranty period is neither renewed nor extended by a repair or parts delivery during the warranty period.
 
3.2 Warranty Performance
A. Within the stated warranty period, we will remedy all functional errors in the product that can be attributed to an error for which we are responsible (see E, F).
B. The defect will be remedied in such a way that, at our option, defective parts are repaired or replaced by new parts, whereby the exchanged parts become our property.
C. During the period stated in point 3.1, the parts required to correct the error, the labor costs, freight and packaging costs will not be calculated.
D. If the justified complaint cannot be resolved within a reasonable period with the available resources, the repair cannot be carried out by us, or if it is inadmissibly delayed, we declare that we are prepared to supply a replacement free of charge at the client's request.
E. Our warranty performance does not include:

• Intentional damage or damage caused by carelessness;
• Damage caused by neglecting the installation, assembly and maintenance instructions applicable during installation, as well as by neglecting written information about the field of application of our products;
• Malfunctions due to contamination or calcification of the products and parts.

F. The warranty claim expires if work is carried out by unauthorized persons or parts of foreign origin are used.
G. The dismantled, defective parts/products must be returned carriage paid with an accompanying letter to: LB Solutions, De Valkenberg, 6301 PM Valkenburg
 
3.3 Claims/Product Liability
If damage has occurred to property or persons and it is suspected that one of our products has caused the damage, this must be reported immediately in writing to LB Solutions so that our liability insurance can be activated. The product in question must be sent to us for assessment.
