The outdoor showers from LB Solutions are made of high-quality stainless steel and can therefore be left outside in winter. So you do not have to dismantle your outdoor shower. In fact, if you enrich your outdoor shower with frost protection, you can continue to use the shower even in winter.

The use of an outdoor shower is very diverse. There are people who only use the outdoor shower in the summer in combination with an outdoor swimming pool, especially for rinsing off before or after swimming. There are also people who only use the outdoor shower in combination with an outdoor sauna or jacuzzi. And there are people who use the outdoor shower solo and prefer to take a shower in the open air every day. And with our frost protection this is all possible. Our outdoor showers can be used 365 days a year.

Showering outside 365 days a year, how does that work?

We offer 365-day frost protection as an option, this is a heating tape that ensures that the pipework of the outdoor shower remains frost-free and can therefore also be used on winter days. It is a plug-in product with an automatic thermostat. As a result, it switches on automatically in frost and keeps the pipes warm up to 10 degrees. This way the pipework remains frost-free and frost damage is prevented. When the outside temperature rises above the frost limit again, the system switches off automatically. This way, power consumption is kept to a minimum.

The benefits of our frost protection

Thanks to the automatic thermostat, the system is self-regulating and you don't have to worry about it. So you will not be surprised by unexpected night frost and thus prevent unnecessary damage due to freezing of pipes. So even if you don't plan to shower in winter, our frost protection offers additional benefits. Because the system is self-controlling, it also switches off automatically and you prevent unnecessary power use when it is not freezing. Another very big advantage is that enthusiasts can use the outdoor shower all year round and can therefore enjoy an outdoor shower even in winter.

All it requires is a power supply near the outdoor shower. If the power supply is a little further away from the shower, it can easily be connected to a ground cable with a cast resin package.
