At LB Solutions you can have your outdoor shower made in any RAL color

We are happy to explain how that works. The outdoor showers from LB Solutions are all made of stainless steel. Stainless steel is a high-quality material and can last for years with proper use and maintenance. We therefore consciously choose this material.
 
Stainless steel has a very beautiful and luxurious appearance in itself and in a brushed version it looks absolutely stunning. The appearance of stainless steel is versatile and actually fits into any outdoor space, but in addition to stainless steel 'colour', we are also happy to offer you other options. That is why you can also choose to have your outdoor shower made in colour, where any color from the RAL color range is possible.
 
If you opt for a colored outdoor shower, the base of the outdoor shower is still made of stainless steel. So it is exactly the same shower as if you were to choose the stainless steel 'colour', but it is now provided with a powder coating in the color of your choice.
 
What is powder coating?
Powder coating, unlike various other coatings, is baked in an oven. For good adhesion of the powder coating, the part to be colored (in our case the outdoor shower) is first roughened and then treated with a transparent primer. The color is then sprayed onto the outdoor shower in powder form. After this, the outdoor shower goes into the oven and is baked for approximately 12 minutes at +/- 180°C - 200°C. Baking transforms the powder into a very strong coating.
 
Powder coating is offered in different grades: industrial, medium and superior. Superieur offers the highest quality and is really strong. When coating our outdoor showers, we always opt for superior quality. This way we can guarantee that your outdoor shower will last for years, without visible wear or discolouration.
 
For the powder coating of our outdoor showers, we work with specialized coating companies that are NEN certified. These companies work according to a standardized process and can therefore offer years of warranty on the coating.
 
Powder coating is a durable finish and will last a very long time if used properly. It is resistant to weather influences and influences from sun and seawater. The paint will not peel off. This resistance is regularly tested extensively. For example, tests were carried out in Florida, where the coating was exposed to the hot sun at an angle of 5°, facing south, and still showed little discolouration.

Maintenance of your outdoor shower is important
Even though the powder coating can take a beating, maintenance is important to keep the outdoor shower beautiful. Regular cleaning will certainly benefit the lifespan and you can do this very easily by using a cleaner. This cleaner applies a greasy protective layer to the coating, preventing limescale and other dirt from adhering to the coating.
 
It is important to repeat cleaning regularly. Our guideline is that as long as the water droplets remain on the paint like beads, the protective layer is still sufficient. As soon as this changes, it is necessary to apply a new protective layer. The use of the outdoor shower is decisive, the more often it is used, the more often a new layer must be applied. With intensive use of the shower (for example every day), this will amount to approximately 2 weeks.
